The HOA is responsible for enforcing deed restrictions,
representing and resolving issues related to Home
Owners Properties and property values. A property manager is
hired to manage the day-to-day business and enforce deed
restrictions.
The HOA is not responsible for common Areas, which is the
CDD's responsibility. Please read the
frequently asked questions for more info.
The HOA Board meets
monthly on the first Thursday of every month, 6:30PM at Publix Meeting
room @ SR56 & BBD.
Meetings may be re-scheduled
due to unforeseen circumstances. To verify location and date
please call the Property manager or read the message board |
